Creator Program Terms

Welcome to the Fictioo Creator Program 🚀

These terms govern participation in the Fictioo Creator & Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, creators agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Fictioo Creator Program allows approved creators to promote Fictioo products using personalised discount codes, affiliate links, content collaborations, and promotional campaigns.

Participation in the program does not establish any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Fictioo.

2. Creator Eligibility

Fictioo reserves the right to approve, reject, pause, or remove any creator application at its sole discretion.

Eligibility may be evaluated based on factors including:

  • Content quality

  • Audience engagement

  • Brand alignment

  • Community authenticity

  • Past collaboration performance

  • Conversion potential

Follower count alone does not guarantee approval.

3. Affiliate Commissions

Creators may earn commissions on eligible purchases made using their assigned creator code or affiliate link.

Commission eligibility conditions:

  • Orders must be successfully delivered

  • Orders must not be cancelled, refunded, returned, or disputed

  • Orders must pass fraud and abuse review

  • Commission is only applicable after the applicable refund/return window closes

Fictioo reserves the right to withhold or reject commissions for suspicious or invalid activity.

4. Invalid Orders & Abuse Prevention

The following activities may result in commission disqualification, creator suspension, or permanent removal from the program:

  • Self-orders solely intended to generate commission

  • Multiple purchases from the same individual/account/device for abuse purposes

  • Fake, manipulated, or fraudulent orders

  • Misleading promotions or false claims

  • Coupon/code misuse

  • Spam promotions

  • Artificial traffic or engagement manipulation

All commission decisions made by Fictioo shall be final.

5. Payout Terms

Commission payouts are processed periodically and are subject to internal verification.

Creators may be required to provide:

  • UPI details

  • Bank account information

  • Tax details if applicable

Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

Payout timelines may vary depending on order verification, return periods, or operational review.

6. Product Gifting & Barter Collaborations

Product gifting, creator-access products, barter campaigns, and sponsored collaborations are offered selectively.

These collaborations are performance-based and may depend on:

  • Audience alignment

  • Engagement quality

  • Content quality

  • Sales performance

  • Long-term partnership potential

Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee free products, barter access, or paid collaborations.

Fictioo reserves the right to approve or decline gifting requests at its discretion.

7. Trial/Reimbursement Collaborations

In certain cases, creators may be offered reimbursement/store-credit-based collaborations.

Under such collaborations:

  • The creator may initially purchase the product

  • Refund/store credit may be processed only after agreed deliverables are successfully completed

  • Deliverables may include reels, stories, tags, links, or promotional integrations

Refunds/reimbursements are subject to successful completion and verification of agreed campaign deliverables.

8. Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Creator Program, creators grant Fictioo a non-exclusive right to repost, reshare, distribute, and use submitted or published collaboration content for:

  • Social media marketing

  • Website promotion

  • Advertisements

  • Paid campaigns

  • Brand creatives

  • Promotional material

Proper creator credit may be provided where reasonably possible.

9. Brand Representation

Creators agree not to:

  • Misrepresent Fictioo products

  • Make false claims

  • Engage in hateful, illegal, discriminatory, or offensive conduct while representing the brand

  • Damage brand reputation intentionally

Fictioo may terminate collaborations immediately if brand safety concerns arise.

10. Program Changes

Fictioo reserves the right to:

  • Modify commissions

  • Update creator tiers

  • Change campaign structures

  • Pause or discontinue the program

  • Amend these terms at any time without prior notice

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
