1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Shiprocket, FedEx, and more to ensure timely deliveries.

5. International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are not included in the shipping fee and must be borne by the customer.

6. Delayed / Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period:

  • Please check the tracking link in your email

  • If it shows no movement for 5+ days, contact us at fictioox@gmail.com
    We’ll raise it with the courier and ensure a resolution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

If the shipping address provided is incorrect, we are not liable for delivery failure. Please double-check your address before confirming the order.

8. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) – Terms & Conditions

a. What is Partial COD?

Partial Cash on Delivery means customers must pay a non-refundable advance amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery.

b. Advance Payment

  • A fixed advance amount (or percentage of order value) is required to confirm your order.
  • Orders will be processed only after the advance payment is successfully received.
  • The advance amount is non-refundable in case of order cancellation or refusal at delivery.

c. Balance Payment at Delivery

  • The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the order, the advance payment will not be refunded.

d. Order Confirmation

  • Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp for order verification.
  • If the order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled.

e. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • The advance payment will not be refunded once the order is processed or shipped.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

f. Failed Delivery / Refusal

If:

  • The customer refuses delivery, OR
  • The delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability,

The advance payment will be forfeited to cover logistics and processing costs.

g. Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable under Partial COD orders.

h. Right to Refuse COD

We reserve the right to:

  • Disable COD for certain pincodes
  • Cancel suspicious or high-risk COD orders
  • Restrict COD facility for customers with previous failed deliveries

i. Agreement

By placing a Partial COD order, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
